i do not have my measuring tape with me at the time, i am sorry. It is quite a large purse/tote. Lots of room, 2 pockets on the outside. 2 open pockets on the inside for cell phone etc. and one large zip pocket on the inside also. thanks for the bids everyone. good luck :)
