All used and in great condition, no scratches or damages and non smoking house.

I used to think the same thing when I starting using the site in the beginning but it appears like an autobid but he just has placed a high bid amount and every bid you place that is less than his will comeback as an outbid, once you place a bid that's more than his you won't be out bid and therefore the top bidder. Hope that makes sense.
