Shipping usually takes about 4 - 5 business days. If you do not receive the item within 3 days of the estimated date, you will get a refund. HOWEVER that refund is only if I get confirmation from your postal office that they never received it.

I do not provide a tracking number on small items; only on bigger parcels or packages. Therefore this item does NOT have a tracking number.
