This phone is a Pantech Flex smartphone. The phone loads to the manufacturer screen and then freezes. I have not tried to factory reset. This phone is sold as is. I will also be including the case shown.

Did you try a hard reset? Did it just start not loading, or were you trying to do something to it like unlocking or changing the rom?

Same question as the above....did You try to reset? Have been looking for this for daughter but can't get if you have no idea if it will work. Was all set to pay the 40K GIN. :(
