The listing, 3 Nice Postcards, 2 from National History Museum Mexico, 1 Fontainebleau - France. has ended.
The postcard from France, (3rd card pictured) says Galerie Francois 1er on the back. It is in good shape, but has 109 written in pencil on the top right corner of the back. It also has some corner bumping. All 3 postcards are unused.
The first postcard pictured is really kind of neat. It's a Mexican postcard that shows the Malachite and European Ceramics Room from the National Museum of History. There is a bit of corner damage and bumping, but it's still an awesome postcard. Love the green Malachite, and the color is great.
The second card pictured is also from Mexico. It shows the Calamina (fire gilded copper) Altar, 19th century room of the National Museum of History. In fine shape with good color, and
some corner bumps. It also has some lines across the top on the back (pictured) where it was probably in a sticky photo album at one time. It is not sticky though, just has the line marks.
I think these postcards are fairly rare, because I can't find much about them online.
*** Just a note on my postcard listings... ***
In some of the pictures a postcard may look "curved" on a side or two. All of the postcards are flat, it was just the angle I was taking pictures from. If you have any questions about any of my auctions, please ask!
Although I am new to Listia, I will be following the rules. I am assuiming that you will do same. Please don't bid if your address is not verified with Listia, it only takes a second, and it's very easy to do! :-)
I am still trying to figure out shipping, the costs involved and the best way to ship out items... so please try to bear with me on the learning curve. So far I think this is a fun site, and hope you find something cool to bid on!
Thanks for looking, and happy bidding!
