BNIP Eyedropper and spoon to make taking medicine a little easier. Great for if you have kids that are difficult when it comes to taking meds, I have also heard of some of the older people using the spoon as a "pill cup" to hold multiple pills at once with less chance of dropping pills when trying to get them to the mouth.
