From the company that gives you Love Alpha Mascara I present...New Leopard Shell Waterproof Liquid Eye Liner/Eye Liner Pen. Color: Black. You get 2 in 1 looks! Use the liquid eye liner for a more dramatic look OR the eye liner pen for a smoother look! This did not come sealed in plastic. (I don't know why) I will put a small piece of tape to ensure the pen part does not come off as it just rests in the liquid handle. The second picture is of MINE. I did not want to open this one for sanitary reasons, but I wanted you to see the 2 different tips. The leopard stem with the fine line is the liquid one. That goes into the bottle. The second (bottom one) slides into the other one. It will make sense when you receive it.
