It has a great screen with minor scratches that you cant even see when turned on. Hi sorry for taking so long to reply.....Its not stuck in a boot loop, and everywhere I looked I could not find the same problem I am having. It will turn on and go to the first screen the shows PANTECH and then thats it...it wont turn off or nothing I have to remove the battery to turn it off.

I really want this, but here's the first thing I'd try to fix it: do a hard reset.
1. Ensure the device is powered off.
2. Press and hold the Volume Down button and Search button then press the Power button.
3. When the Android triage screen (triangle with a yellow exclamation sign) appears, release the buttons.
4. Press the Menu button.
5. Using the Volume Down button, scroll to 'wipe data/factory reset' then press the Home button to select it.
6. Using the Volume Down button, scroll to 'Yes -- delete all user data' then press the Home button to select it.
7. Once complete, select reboot system now.

And see if that does the trick :-) This info is from Verizon's website, and I am pretty sure it'll snap the phone out of whatever is happening to it. Hopefully you still wanna sell it if this method works lol...
