The listing, Vintage Owl Salt and Pepper Shakers has ended.

These came from an estate sale and are in the original box. Owl salt and pepper shakers. Don't know what kind of metal they are made from. The pepper shaker for some reason has a small amount of corrosion on top of it. I feel with the right cleaner this would come clean. I guess they were in storage a while? In the top of the box there is some satin material and it says Ballet Graceful Designs in Quality Silverplate. So, I guess these are silverplate. Outside of the box is worn but still sturdy. Shakers are 3" tall.

Questions & Comments

I think this Santa comment should of been handled in a email and not on the listing. Things happen and there is no need to humiliate someone like this. Things happen in peoples lives and this could of been dealt with in private. I recently bid on a auction and the lister's husband sent me a email that she was ill and in the hospital and he did not know what to send. I told him to not worry about it and she could send it when she felt better. She did not send me what I had won a few months later but it was fine.I did not ask for my credits back, report her to listia or make rude comments on her listings and she had a few and I left her positive feedback. This seems just a malicious way to spoil this listing for someone trying to get back on their feet.

They put me off listia for a while due to all my personal problems and I am just now recooperating as to what goes where and to whom. I have had to refund a bunch of shipping because of it all.
