I say this in the most respectful way possible; it is against Listia rules to say you are not responsible for missing packages.
Quoting Listia: "You cannot state that you are not responsible for safe arrival of the item or ensuring that items are delivered as described. For example, you cannot state "I am not responsible for this item once I ship it out". It is the responsibility of the seller to ensure the listed item gets to the winner."
I say this because auctions can get flagged/closed for going against Listia rules, and this is a great auction! Hope you find this information helpful.
