WAS new until my daughter came into my secret stash I saved for gifts and made a mess with a lot of my makeups including this, she got it out of the box and use it with a brush, probably a couple of times as you can see in the picture. The box have makeup stains :/ for that reason I can't give it as a gift and it's not in my shade for me to use it. So if you don't mind, this could be a nice addition to your collection. Almost New.

Yes it is used, well on the edges that was already like that when I got it the first time. But my daughter did play with it. Read description please. I was going to let her keep it but that is too cute of a shade to just let her have it when she's not even allowed to have makeup.
