I am giving away a cubic zirconia (diamond-like), sapphire blue heart necklace with an 18 KGP chain!

Here are its measurements:
The pendant is 2.5 cm wide x 3.5 cm long with a 1 cm long bail (which translates to 1 3/8" long x 1 1/16" wide with a 3/8" long bail).
The necklace chain is about 18" long.

The cubic zirconias shine clear like diamonds (they do not have a rainbow-colored shine to them), and the blue heart crystal shines like a deep royal (sapphire) blue. The chain is stamped 18KGP and it's a silver/white gold color. Please refer to the above pics.

Comes from a smoke-free, pet-free home. S&H is FREE!

Well, maybe......The cheapest that I could send it would cost me $2.17, but that would be without tracking and I hate sending people items without tracking (I would pay it, though, because that's not too big of a deal). But, to send it with tracking would cost me a stupid amount of $$ - $27.31, and that's way too much for me! I would be willing to take the risk, though, and send it to ya for Free if it only costs me $2.17. I would just have to rely on faith that you would receive it (oh, and I would need your phone number because the customs form asks for it....not sure why). But, I really, really hate sending items without tracking, esp. internationally, because stuff gets lost in the mail so easily. Ironically, I think that the necklace came from Australia :)

I honestly have no idea if it's sterling silver underneath. I'm not sure how I could find that out either. If you have any suggestions (that don't involve lots of $$), please let me know, and I'll try them.

I dont ask for tracking,i have a 100 % feedback rating,nad have had alot of jewelry sent to me from the States,and if you wrapped it well and sent it by regualr envelope,it would only cost around a 1.00 or 2 to send to Canada,so would u consider free shipping to Canada,this way ? Let me check.....Canada would cost me $3.94 to ship with no tracking (otherwise, it's incredibly expensive for me to ship with tracking, and I just can't do it without the buyer paying for it). I would be willing to ship to Canada for $1.50 (meaning that if you won, if you paid me $1.50 via Paypal, I would ship to Canada without tracking and I would pay for the difference). The only reason why I would charge you $1.50 is to help pay for the S&H because Canada is a lot more expensive to ship to than the U.S. and some other countries (I'm not sure why it's more expensive). I really, really hate to ship without tracking, though.
