so, i have another bank note here, it's also been taped, not quite as nice of a job as was done on the other bill, but i guess everyone has their talents. ^_^ anyway, i know that this is vintage but i don't know what year. it's 5,000 francs and it's from the banque centrale des etats de l'afrique l'ouest or the central bank of west africa, if you speak basic.
