Dow Corning made these handy little packets, and salesmen used to give them to customers. From the advertising appearance, BMA, Kansas City,MO.; I'm guessing that this is from the 50's.
None of the silicone treated tissues appear to be missing.
Lots of little, folded tissues.
Cover opens like a matchbook.
