This was purchased in December and only used a handful of times. Still in perfect working condition and has ONLY been used with the general setting it came with. My son never bothered with the programming to make it do different things so you can start fresh with that. As you can see in the photos, the little bucket cup that comes with it is a little crumpled but it is NOT broken. I will not ship it with batteries included.
