This is a handy "Little Black Book" purchased at Restoration Hardware and published by Post Miniatures.

It is approximately 2.5 inches wide by 3.75 inches tall. It is tabbed with two letters of the alphabet per section.

Full disclosure: one page has apparently been ripped out as there is no "mn" label on the corresponding tab, and one page has a very faint mark where something has been erased. Otherwise the book looks unused.

The pages are lined and the edges of the pages are gold. There is a US area code guide in addition to a resource phone number/website guide at the beginning of the book and a "belongs to" contact page at the back of the book.
