Not your grandma's lye soap! I made this lye soap with modern, luxurious twists! Instead of sub-quality oils (like lard!), I use only high quality, fresh oils like olive oil, grape seed oil, coconut oil, cocoa butter, and castor oil (for bubbles).
You will notice the difference when you use this soap, trust me! You can't get it in the store either. What have you to lose? It's FREE! :)

As I make the soap, I blend oil and lye together. When those mix and solidify for a few weeks, they make soap. It's the very best soap you can ever have.

Every bar of soap has lye in it, that's just how it's made but as it sits the pH evens itself out and turns out to be very mild and gentle on skin. Good question Lacy!

I see that you listed other scents. Are you going to do that again? This soap sounds great, I am just not that excited about the chocolate scent.

Oh definitely! I just listed my Honeysuckle and next I will be doing Blackberry & Sage which is exfoliating and FABULOUS! You should check out the Honeysuckle, it's just gorgeous for springtime and doesn't smell fake like some flowery smelling soaps. I have about 25 different scents, trying to see what people like as I go :) The dutch chocolate has been wildly popular!

Oh I forgot to put this in the information box, but this soap has ground coffee in it for light exfoliation. I can't change it since there are bids on it (I think?) but I really want people to know everything about it.
