this ring is approx size 6 1/2- 7, I can not see any markings on the inside. this is brand new with out tags . cz sparkles very nice, really is a beautiful ring. I will send this one with tracking, but I have noticed that allot of the items sent with tracking have been taking longer to arrive then sending thru regular mail.
