I see no marking on bracelet, but from what I look up emblem, mean decorated. And I check to see it was attracted to a magnet and it was not. Silver and gold are not attracted to a magnet!

Looks like at one point there was a gold round charm that was attached to the bracelet. If it were 10k it would've been marked so on the clasp on the bracelet. And that little black tag on the on the box would say 10k gold bracelet and not emphasize on just the emblem. Maybe the bracelet is sterling. Looks silver in color.
