never used new and has the selvages on side other than wear cut from bolt and the bottom already hemmed think top too

i could see it made into that would be really pretty
have another pc that i had saved but for what i was going to use it for
do not think will work so i can list and you may be able to do more with about same size or bigger as what i listed

Not really sure I would guess nylon blend imagine if ripped might fray sewing fine for me making dress
