What are the measurements of the bag itself? How long is the strap? Is this from a non smoking home?

measurments are approx 10'' long by 11'' wide. From the top of the purse to the top of the handle is approx 9'' long. and yes from non smoking pet free home.

any pocket on the out side and dose it ziped to close

No pockets on the outside, and it buttons to close. the large inner pocket on the inside in the middle of the pirse zips to close, and then there is a smaller pocket that zips close as well.
