Brand: Coats and Clark, which is high end brand similar to DMC. If you want to mix and match it with your pieces that use DMC, there are conversion tables out there that can be used to match up the colors.

Condition: I believe these are all new. If any are used, only a very little bit is used. They have been smooshed up in a bag for a while, so the bands on each end are a bit flattned, but nothing that affects your ability to stitch with them
