a little advise: if you have trouble getting the bangles on your wrist, simply put your hand into a plastic bag like the ones stores put your purchases in, then slip the bracelet on your hand, the bag will come off and the bracelets will be on your wrist. i always thought my hand was too big to ut a bangle on , until i was taught this trick. it works!
