It depends on the oil quality used. If your oils contain heavy amounts of chemicals, then no, not safe. Minor risks still involved.

If it were me asking that question I wouldn't be satisfied until I did my own research on the matter...I don't trust everybody's judgement and with that being stated, I wouldn't feel comfortable giving my opinion
