If you're not familiar with Altar'd State...it's a Boutique style store that features a variety of High End Designers featured only in their stores! Vintage Havana is one of those brands, specific to Altar'd State and is of very high quality. This blouse is brand new, never worn, with tags and retailed for $59.50. It is a size L. It is a white sheer material with black panels along the sides and shoulders and has black leather detailing along the front. It has a bit of a high-low effect, meaning the blouse is meant to be a bit longer in the back and shorter in the front. The sleeves are long, also sheer and are very flowy, giving it a very whimsical look!
