Aren't the stems what you chop up to put on baked potatoes and such? I am confused lol

Yeah, you can use them on baked potatoes. The stems give it some favor. :)

nice auction! cant find these in TN. used to use them all the time when i lived up north and have missed them. i've had to substitute green onion for them since moving - but its just not the same!
