My peppers are coming along very well so far. There's like 12 or 13 of them. I sure hope I have plenty to share with my folks. I am also growing red sunflowers like the ones I have auctioned off. Anyways these peter peppers are a great conversation starter. I saw my parents friend who grows a bunch of spicy peppers and told him about these peter peppers we are growing. Hopefully these will be ready by fall. Chad has all sorts of stuff he wants to make with these. They also will probably be good with steamed veggies. I've added habanaroes and jalapenoes with steamed Asian veggies as well as tofu.

Yes Indeed these are just awesome to make salsa, sauces, and spice up those foods. I love the face you can Put Foil around them and Grill them :)
