These are gorgeous girl's pink sweet heart socks with white hearts with pink stripes. Anyway, the size is 6-8 and supposedly fit shoe size 6-8 with a pointure of 10.5-4. This is one pair of socks. The socks are 96% polyester and 3% spandex plus 1% other fiber exclusive of elastic. I think these socks would fit an elementary school girl. I think they are the regular type of socks that go on up the legs, but are not knee socks---just what most of us think of as regular sock sizes.. The washing instructions say to machine wash on cold using the gentle cycle. They state to use only the non-chlorine bleach when needed and to tumble dry on low. The socks were made in China if that information will help you as far as sizing.
