actually managed to figure out what these were , they are from 98 to 2000 and you have them priced at a decent gin too they are a chip that has phrases on it from charater on it that you need comtech reader to hear them ,and they are collectible , dont know about the reader tho . good luck F&W maybe bidding if my friend is interested .
