Ok what I'm discovering is it works fine if I try to list from Safari browser, but not from Firefox. (I have an old slow computer). I did write them last night & they responded this morning. Thanks!

That's true. They have a very good policy like that. Hey, have you tried to post something recently? They changed the look of the "listing" page? I got stuck in a loop, it's like it was requiring you to set a GIN price but kept giving weird messages. I'm unable to list anything right now!
