Back up or instant charger. Says vehicle dock on it but this is all I have for it. Does work but it's too small for my phone. Does need a cord for charging but it should fit the same cord as your phone. Brand new looking no chips or any thing broke on it. Doesn't fit my galaxy it's about 2 1/2(wide) x 4 3/4 (long) inches. Has the model number in one of the pictures can possibly look that up to see if it would fit the phone you want it too. Was found in a auction car I get a lot of neat new things this way. My fiance does auto body and detailing so he's working on vehicle bought at auctions a lot.
