This is a gnome costume for your little one. It says 2T for the size but runs small. It comes with hat w/removable beard and the outfit! IT IS SOOOOOO CUTE ON!!!!! My daughter wore this last year for Halloween and I had way too many compliments for her. She was able to easily wear this over her own clothes and loved how it felt.
