The listing, Mark McGwire HR Record Plaque with Card and Stats has ended.

Up for bidding is a Mark McGwire plaque, which includes a Topps in a hard case and an engraving with the Home Run Record stats.
I cannot verify the autograph, but appears to have been signed with a black sharpie. There is no year, card number, or manufacturer on the card. The card is about 1.5 inches taller and .5 inches wider than a normal sized baseball card.
