The listing, Topsy tail has ended.

The Topsy tail the big one and double sided mini one. This is a black one.I have one of my own and I will say that if you have really thick hair you might want to be a little more gentle with it or it might break but other than that it works fine for me.

Does it come with instructions and pictures?

Yeah that's what the purplish paper thing in the pictures is. The instructions are in another language though and it does have picture instructions but they are a little confusing. But the have a lot of video tutorials on line on how to use this.
