This is a birthday prince hat for your little boy. It has been used for my son's first birthday.

The hat is 12/24 month size so it would likely work for both a first and second birthday.

This hat has no rips, tears, stains, etc. It is in excellent used condition.

I was planning to send via first class mail. Based on typical delivery times it should arrive by his birthday, but as I cannot control USPS I cannot guarantee this. if you win I can ship Wednesday to give it the best chance if arriving in time OR if you are willing to paypal the difference in cost between first class and priority mail I would send priority mail which would mean it would likely arrive on September 3 or 6 depending on the USPS service.
