20 inch-Beautiful Solid Sterling Silver Rope Chain, it is either 3mm or 4mm thick, it is solid and sturdy. It weighs close to 24 grams or maybe even right at 24 grams. I don't have a scale to get it's exact weight. I took pictures of it in my hand to show the thickness of it. The necklace I wear is either 1.5mm or 2mm and this is at least 2 times as thick as mine is. The closing clasp is shown in the last 2 pictures, I am not sure what it is called, but it is very secure. It is stamped Mexico 925 shown in 3rd from the last picture.
