How to apply:
Shadowing: for sheer coverage, blend evenly from the lash line to brow bone. For buildable coverage, let shadow set for 30 seconds then apply another layer.Lining: Sweep tip of brush into shadow. Place edge of brush against upper lash line at outer corner of eye and steadily draw a line towards the inner corner of eye. Gently smudge into lash line for a sexy, softer look. Repeat on lower lashes.
