This is a Brand New Hip-T, Hip Skirt in Size Large (11-14) in Cool Black. It's "A layering wrap for your hips." "Covers your waist, belly and rear view!" Wear over your jeans, shorts, skirts or jeggings. I wear one of these when I want it to look like I have layers on without actually having to wear layers. These are great, I love mine. I've also worn mine as a top up under a V-neck to look as if I'm wearing a camisole under my shirt.
Machine Washable, 95% Polyester & 5% Spandex.

If the GIN option is used I would gladly give you a choice of med or large but this bidding auction is for the large ONLY. I'm not sure if I'll even list the med separately or not, it just all depends on how well (or how crappy) these do. But obviously if I do list the med it'll be after the current auctions end. Thanks.
