Description

The listing, Pantech TXT8040 Verizon Phone - READ DESCRIPTION!! has ended.

Carrier: Verizon Wireless
This phone is NEW it has never been used at all, but it has been sitting out of box for a while. There are no books, charger, or box that come with it. I turned it on and realized that this is for Verizon, and not Straight Talk. (Family member graciously gave this to me)

The charger it takes is a Micro USB, like the ones for Android phones. Has never been activated. It has small scratches above the end/power key but nothing bad!!! Battery is also BRAND NEW only used to turn on phone to check it out.

It is very cute and great for teenagers or someone looking for simplicity :)

Will ship with tracking.

Thank you and happy bidding!!

You're absolutely welcome! Also, if you ever have perfumes, body sprays or other aerosols for sale, those cannot be on an airplane, so they can't be mailed outside the 48 continental US States, or by priority mail - those have to be sent by ground service, regular mail, and you should always tape the lid shut and/or cover with plastic to prevent leakage. These are actually a fire hazard because of the alcohol content, and on an airplane, they have to be super careful!

Why do they require that? Do you know? Whenever I get a phone in the mail the battery is never in it.

I'm not sure why exactly but I think it's fire or leak hazard. Whenever I mail packages they ask me if anything is liquid, fragile or potentially hazardous, if there are perfumes or lithium batteries. There are signs which say phone and camera batteries should be installed in the phone for mailing. When a wireless carrier sends a phone to you new, the battery is packaged separately and they usually mail by FedEx rather than USPS mail.
