The listing, ONE LIVE HUMMING BIRD VINE has ended.

Perennial grows in zones 5-9. This vine almost growers itself but be careful it spreads really easy by its seeds. Humming birds, bees, butterflies all love the red bloom on this vine. Full sun to partial shade. I would not plant close to any structure. This is bare rooted so soak the roots for several hours and then plant at previous depth. Can be pruned in spring or fall. Plant will be between 1-2 foot

This vine dies back some in the winter but the vine itself gets bigger each year which can make it heavy. If it goes up to the roof it can mess up the shingles. It's only my opinion but I think when you plant vining plants close to or on your home they should be annuals so they don't get so big and heavy.

No all bees are welcome but if plant is aloud to grow on a roof it can mess the shingles up

I have a tin roof and was going to train to climb around my porch railings need the shade on my porch as well.
