Yes works well, had it for a while and worked great. I'm not a tec. Expert, but I can use it. What do you mean by "OS"

How would you describe the overall condition of the
screen - back - and edges?

•Screen has some scratches, & one small scratch/crack.
•Buttons all work
•sides and back have a bit of scratches. But nothing effecting the actual tablet

Also look in "Settings" - "About Phone" and tell us what version of Android the
phone is running. That is your OS (operating system)

First it's a tablet not a phone but I get what you mean. For checking what version, here is my issue: I first of all reset it. I don't want to mess it up. If you look at the pic with the screen on, you will see its completely reset by it being at the language set.
Second problem: I wrapped it in bubble wrap, (I will post a pic for that so you can see what I mean), so I don't want to take it out for it is fit perfectly in it.
