midi rings are 1 size fits most. they are worn on your mid finger as shown in the pic. (the orange stone is my personal ring)

Midi rings do not have sizes. They are pretty much one size fits most. These rings are designed to wear mid knuckle. As shown in pic. (The orange jade is my personal ring).hope that helps.
