If you're looking to tighten up your abdominal, hips, leg and bottom regions while engaging your core and strengthening your back and neck muscles, you re going to want to check into this set of 3 very user-friendly pilates DVDs. I used them to get back into shape after 2 babies and really enjoyed the variety of the easy-but-effective routes and exercises.
This is kind of a beginners set for Pilates (core strength toning) so don't be timid if you're interested but unsure if you'll be able to manage the workout routines. One is only 10 minutes long and was great with my crazy schedule- sound familiar?
I was new to yoga prior to this Windsor Pilates set. Great for beginners to intermediate. I found it rather easy (and interesting!) to learn about the philosophy of Pilates as well as the physics and and function of it, and I am always excited to share my success story bc it WORKED for me! Now it's time to pass along the torch to ... ___ ___ ____ <you?>
