hello. will you be shipping with tracking? Also, the iphone 4 doesn't have the talk to text feature. That feature is only on 4S and newer :-)

What carrier is it and does it have a touch screen and voice activation instead of typing individual letters?

It's ok it is AT&T and it does have a touch screen. The talk to text I'm not sure of the operating system is up to date for this model and it may or may not have talk to text. The phone is currently in initial setup mode where I whipped all the personal data and reset to factory. So I can try to find out if you would like.
