The listing, Stamps of Dinosaur & Carousel Animals collectable has ended.
1989 Dinosaurs block of four 25cent stamps: 2 each of Tyrannosaurus, Stegosaurus, Brontosaurus, and Pteranodon. The split apart T-Rex & Stego stamps are slightly bent, all others are pretty flat & in great condition. One Ptero has an imperfection above the head that seems to be in the printing, not from an outside accident.
1988 Block of 4 Carousel Animal 25cent stamps: camel, goat, deer, & horse. In good condition with slight imperfections that don't take away from the pictures. From carouselnews.com: "Paul Calle of Stamford, CT, designed the first set of stamps. Because one of the featured animals was from Cedar Point’s Kiddieland carousel, the first day issue ceremony was held at the Sandusky Park. The block of four stamps featured a Gustav Dentzel deer (ca. 1895), Charles Looff goat and camel (ca. 1880), and a king armored horse by Daniel Muller (ca. 1917). The king horse is from the Cedar Point carousel, and considered to be one of the rarest and most beautiful of all carousel figures."
