The Bears Charms are on a double chain slider Bracelet with Half Moons on each end.
Out of the 9 Bears:
Two are wearing bows/Two are carrying hearts/another Two are holding flowers/ and Three are sitting down with their hearts.
This is not a new item but I it has only been worn 2 or 3 times. I haven't seen another like it. This would make a great Mother's Day present.
