Yes if you know the knot. If you take it apart pay attention to style. Its basically a simple loop loop tie.

They will fit an 8 inch wrist. if you get it and its a little snug you just hold of the bracelet behind the plastic piece and tug on it and stretch it out and then it would make it a little bigger. hope that helps. April
