If the reason you think it's fake is because I don't have the product, then you're wrong. In the top right of the first image showing the front of the game, you can see part of the Nintendo DS game lot I am selling. Any other reason it can be fake is what I do not know of.

The nintendo label should be close to orange in color letters should be bolder and that makes the copyright thing on a real copy illegible but not on yours
