i didnt need this because my xbox sits out in the open..... im an idiot

but hooks on so easy and it works perfectly if you have your xbox enclosed and need that hot air redirected.

yes but i wont tell you b/c opening a slim and voiding your warranty is damn near the dumbest thing you could do brother. just dont. mod your controllers.

it does not. its only for use if your box is in an enclosed environment to redirect the air out so that its not sitting in a space full of frying hot air. the new slims are made with BOSS fans that will never let them overheat. so if your box is set out ontop of a dresser or something like mine is and its not enclosed then you dont need this item

it doesnt help cool the xbox, it only redirects the air flow straight out towards the front side where the disc tray pops out of
