9 Cards in Folder sealed ~ Look at 2nd pic is what is inside

Pokemon Neeo Card Game. Sold only in Japan. The folder includes these cards: Chikorita, Bayleef, Meganium (Holo), Cyndaquil, Quilava, Typhlosion (Holo), Totodile, Croconaw and Feraligatr (Holo). The cards are in mint condition and have never been removed...the folder is still factory sealed.

Is this a booster box containing 20 packs I thbink that's how many packs u get with the japanese booster box

i bought 2 sets of them back in 1998 when my son was into Pokemon and kept one set sealed they have been in my file cabnit SAFE since 13yrs untouched !

No offense but they arn't first edition, they are a promotional set. All Japanese pokemon cards are considered "Unlimited" as there are no 1st editions.
